AHVM is distributed under the MIT License, starting with v0.3.14. There is no revenue cap or separate commercial software license.

Use it on your terms

You may use, copy, modify, merge, publish, distribute, sublicense and sell copies of AHVM, including for commercial use. Keep the copyright and permission notice with copies or substantial portions of the software. The software is provided without warranty, as described in the license.

Hosting and support

AHVM Cloud, hosting, support and team pilots are separate services. Their pricing does not restrict your rights under the MIT License. AI model usage is billed separately by your provider.

Existing and third-party rights

Earlier releases retain the licenses distributed with them. Upstream code, Linux, Ubuntu, dependencies and bundled AI tools keep their own licenses and notices.
